1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SofttechZ- Digital Marketing, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services : SofttechZ- Digital Marketing offers a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, content creation, and online advertising. The specifics of the services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between SofttechZ- Digital Marketing and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities: 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of services. SofttechZ- Digital Marketing is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Payment and Billing : 

Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement between SofttechZ- Digital Marketing and the client. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension of services. Any additional expenses incurred by SofttechZ- Digital Marketing on behalf of the client will be billed accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property : 

SofttechZ- Digital Marketing retains the intellectual property rights to any materials, including but not limited to, designs, graphics, and content created during the provision of services. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose outlined in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality : 

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, trade secrets, and client lists.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of any outstanding fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

SofttechZ- Digital Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

9. Governing Law : 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
